Every client begins with a comprehensive, bespoke assessment so I can understand your history, symptoms, goals and how things feel in your body before we decide what support will help you most.

Registration form: you complete an online form beforehand so I can understand your history, symptoms, and goals

Conversation first: we talk through your symptoms, goals, and day to day challenges

Gentle assessment: simple movements to understand how things feel in your body

No pressure: everything is guided at your pace, with no expectation to “perform”

Plan together: we create a realistic, supportive plan based on what matters to you

Follow Up: £45

Booked one session at a time, perfect if you want to take things slowly, check the process works for you, and make adjustments based on how your symptoms and energy change week to week.

Check‑in: we review how things have been feeling since your last session

Adjustments: we update your plan based on symptoms, energy, and any changes

Guided practice: we explore movements or exercises that feel safe and supportive today

Problem‑solving: we talk through any challenges, flare‑ups, or barriers you’ve faced

Next steps: we agree on a manageable plan for the week ahead
