My Approach

Living with pain or fatigue often means your often symptoms change from day to day

Instead of pushing through or following rigid programmes,  we work together to build movement strategies that feel safe, sustainable and genuinely supportive for your body.

Person doing a pilates bridge at home as part of a remote physiotherapy recovery plan.

Gentle and paced: We move slowly, steadily, and in a way that respects your energy, symptoms, and nervous system.

Collaborative: You’re the expert in your body. I bring clinical knowledge; you bring lived experience. We make decisions together.

Holistic and long‑term: We look at movement, daily activity, pacing, energy management, flare patterns, and the wider context of your life – not just isolated exercises.

Supportive and validating: Many of my clients have felt dismissed or misunderstood in previous care. This is a space where your symptoms are taken seriously.

Remote and accessible: All sessions are held online, so you can work from home, at your pace, anywhere in the UK.
